Terms and refunds
ScribbleScout website purchases are sold by BUILDS By Thor LLC, Arizona, USA. A parent or guardian must manage the account and authorize purchases. Paid website sales are currently offered to United States customers only. Every tier is free of advertisements.

A collection purchase covers its listed content and compatible improvements. It does not automatically include separate future collections. Membership and lifetime include ordinary future creative content released within ScribbleScout. There is no promised release schedule or minimum number of future additions. Lifetime has no recurring membership payment and does not promise physical products, separate future apps or a cloud art service.
Payment and recurring billing
Review your choice and the amount in Stripe's hosted checkout before paying. A return from Stripe alone is not payment confirmation: ScribbleScout verifies payment before granting access. An older checkout may retain its original price.
Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically at their disclosed recurring price until canceled. Use Manage subscription on the purchases page to open Stripe's portal and cancel renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with access continuing through that period. Contact support if you cannot manage your subscription.
Buying a collection or lifetime access does not automatically cancel an existing membership. No automatic upgrade credit, family sharing or purchase sharing with separate app-store releases is promised.
14-day refund policy
Contact contact@buildsbythor.com within 14 calendar days of a ScribbleScout website charge to request a full refund of that charge. This includes one-time collections, lifetime purchases, the first membership charge and membership renewals. Canceling renewal is separate from requesting a refund. Rights required by applicable law remain available.
Support verifies the parent and the relevant charge before processing a refund. A refund applies to the requested charge, not automatically to earlier payments. A refunded purchase may lose access to new premium activities after an online check. Separately owned purchases and existing artwork remain intact. Permanent offline activation can persist until the device reconnects and successfully checks access. We cannot promise a bank's processing time.
Your artwork and offline access
Drawings stay in this browser on this device. Parent sign-in and purchase restoration restore account access, not drawings from another device. Use editable backups to protect your artwork.
Existing and imported artwork remains available for ordinary editing, saving, recovery, printing and export when paid access changes. Starting a new premium activity or printing a fresh premium catalog page requires access to that content.
Activated collections and lifetime access have no offline reconnect deadline. Membership access ends at the verified paid-through time. A disconnected device cannot receive updated payment or account status until it reconnects.
